1. Data we collect
Name, contact details, company, project description, product-research answers, and information about interest in supporting a project.
2. How data is used
To respond to an enquiry, prepare a project discussion, invite the user to research, or notify them when support options launch.
3. Web analytics
The website uses Yandex Metrica (counter 111071640) to measure visits, understand traffic sources, and improve the interface. Metrica and Session Replay start on the first visit unless the user previously selected “Necessary only”. Contact and project-description fields are masked in Session Replay.
4. Storage and transfer
Requests are stored on the server. Access is limited to people who need it to process an enquiry. Final retention periods and processors will be specified after the legal entity and infrastructure are selected.
