2. Data we process
The data depends on the selected form and the information the user provides voluntarily.
- Project enquiries: name, contact details, company, task description, project type, budget, timeline, and the source leading to the form.
- Research: name, contact details, role, problem description, current solution, and selected project.
- Product notifications: name, contact details, selected project, and notification type.
- Necessary website settings: selected language and analytics-cookie consent status.
- Yandex Metrica and Session Replay data only after the user separately selects “Allow analytics”.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed on the basis of the user's freely given consent to answer an enquiry, discuss a project, conduct product research, or send a requested product-development notification. The data is not used for decisions that produce legal effects based solely on automated processing.
4. Processing and storage
The controller may collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use, transfer in the cases described in this policy, restrict, and delete data by automated and non-automated means. Submissions are stored in PostgreSQL on a VDS located in the Russian Federation. The application does not add IP addresses or User-Agent values to form records. Access is limited to persons who need it to process an enquiry.
5. Recipients and analytics
Telegram notifications and the email webhook for submissions are currently disabled. This policy will be updated before a new recipient or processor is enabled. Yandex Metrica counter 111071640 and Session Replay load only after separate analytics consent; technical visit data is then sent to Yandex LLC under its terms. Contact and description fields are marked for masking in Session Replay.
6. Retention
Project and research submissions are deleted no later than 12 months after submission. A product-notification request is deleted earlier if consent is withdrawn or the relevant notification flow ends. Technical backups expire under the backup-rotation schedule and are not used for other purposes.
7. User rights and deletion
A user may request information about processing, correction, restriction, or deletion of their data and may withdraw consent by writing to hello@aisaassolution.com.
The request should identify the contact detail used in the form and explain the requested action. The controller may ask for information needed to confirm identity and locate the record. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully completed before the request was received.
8. Safeguards and policy changes
The controller applies organisational and technical measures to limit access and prevent loss or unauthorised use. An updated policy will be published at this permanent page before processing begins under changed conditions.
