LEGALTECH / MCP · MVP CONCEPT

Legal Support MCP

An MCP-layer concept for reviewing technical specifications and contracts: risks, questions, sources, and draft wording remain within a human-controlled workflow.

CURRENT STAGE / MVP CONCEPT

01 / PROBLEM

What we are exploring

Deal terms are often scattered across correspondence, a technical specification, a contract, estimates, and appendices. Contradictions, incomplete acceptance criteria, undocumented dependencies, and disputed rights over deliverables are found too late.

02 / AUDIENCE

Who it is for

Contractors, customers, PMs, and legal specialists who need a connected document set for an IT or AI project in the Russian Federation.

03 / EVIDENCE

What is validated

The MVP contour is documented: an MCP server for rules, sources, templates, and versions, plus a thin AI-client skill. The intended output is a structured package of prioritised remarks, questions, source links, and draft wording, with material or ambiguous terms escalated to a lawyer.

04 · DATA AND PROCESS

The review is built around sources and a human decision

Caveat: This is a concept, not legal advice. The module does not guarantee a document's validity or enforceability, does not sign it, and does not replace a qualified lawyer.
